7. Account Termination & Suspension

Www365 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Registering with fake or false information.
• If KYC verification fails.
• When required by law or directed by authorities.

Users may request account closure at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Www365 is not liable for the following:

• A game interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
